Terrible! Never before have I been yelled at by the customer service representative. Apparently, they do NOT like processing small orders. While my order was very small, I often try out a company first prior to making large orders. Also, based on their pricing structure, it appeared that they dealt only in small orders as their prices are way above normal wholesale prices. I will never order from Spandex Depot.
