My son and I do the work that most don't like to do: just the one window or door..etc. Most of income is from hands on property management. We do all that is needed to keep the units rents that includes painting, refinishing, replacement of kitchens and baths. Informing owners about state regulations and codes to make it legal. Up keep of the yard in the summer and snow removal in the winter. I am full service! Since my start in 2003 there hasn't been a time that my services hasn't been needed. Not to mention I'm not afraid to do commercial work. With a few larger projects complete and my ability to work well with architects, owners, and building inspectors is partly why I do so well.
