Arnold Wesley Development’s business model is based on acquiring residential real estate assets that require professional renovation Arnold Wesley Development’s business model is based on acquiring residential real estate assets that require professional renovation, both above and below ground. The company takes a “new construction” approach to rehabbing real estate with a focus on complete floor plan re-design, mandatory structural and mechanical enhancements, and expansion of existing structures to increase functionality, marketability, and modern appeal with the objective to sell at fair market value. The company’s mission is to set the standard for home rehab projects through superior craftsmanship, quality materials, and contemporary construction methods. Operating a volume-driven model the company has the means to not only make the necessary repairs, but also offer ornate & craftsman-style trim carpentry finishes, all standard with the product. Arnold Wesley Development aims to offer high quality homes for accessible prices, while yielding profitable returns for its shareholders. The company has conducted extensive research and identified numerous opportunities throughout the Chicagoland area that align with this strategy.
