I came here for the first time with my aunt to buy my uncle some flowers for his tomb in the cemetery. When we were paying as the Asian lady rung us up it came out to almost $40 for two flowers which I said to my aunt not even to the person helping us that they were to expensive. To my surprise the lady got offended and started yelling at me and cursing me off all over one simple comment I made. I'm not working nor is my aunt so yes I thought they were expensive but that did not give the Asian lady no right to yell at me and curse me off and on top to tell me aunt she felt sorry I was her daughter just because I said it was expensive. What kind of customer service is that ? That is no way to treat a customer at all she has poor education and manners to be treating her customers this way. I told her husband I was sorry if I offended her over saying it was expensive she kept yelling at me. The store was dead that explains why she has no business. Learn how to treat your customers first take a course on hospitality and customer service. Since I was 14 yes old I was told by other employers always treat customers with respect and be nice because thanks to them we have a business to run. I doubt this lady thinks that way if she is Rude to everyone that goes in her store. Learn how to be polite and nice to people you don't know what else they are dealing with for you to on top try to treat them bad over one comment. This is a horrible experience I will never go back again. I hope no one else does because I heard from other ladies at the cemetery that they have left that place for the same reason so I'm not the first one she has treated bad.
