TRI COUNTY AUTO SALES SELLS CAR WITHOUT TITLES, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY LIE AND NOW I HAVE TO SUE THEM

I would just like to say that I am very disappointed in this business. My Grandson purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt, from here and being only 18 and not knowing too much about vehicles, did not ask many questions. My son who is a mechanic looked at the car after we got it home and he knew instantly that it had been in an accident which they did not tell us. He hasn't put on more than 500 miles since he bought it and yesterday we went to get new tires as the tires on it were no good, The person who put the tires on noticed something was wrong with the front end and told him he should get it checked out, so he stopped on his way home at Dr. Auto's and discovered that the strut was no good and it will cost him 425.00 to have it replaced. The car was newly inspected by the dealer before we took it. He is heading for Florida on Sat. and I,m thankful that it was found now as if this breaks the tire will turn sideways and he won't be able to move, I know because it happen to one of my car's. My Grandson worked really hard and saved the money for a car and paid cash for it.
I thought these people were very nice, but apparently sometimes they haven't told the truth. One other thing when we got it home and opened the trunk it smelt like someone had put a dozen cat's in there and had left them The trunk stunk so bad that he had to take out the carpet that was in there and I scrubbed the metal with clorox myself and then we put new carpet in there.

HAHA NOPE. WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE. FIRST, NOW THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM, THEY DENY THAT THEIR SON MARC BENSON WORKS FOR THE FAMILY BUSINESS EVEN THOUGH MY SON FOLLOWED HIM INTO THE OFFICE AREA WHERE HIS MOTHER/OWNER WAS WHILE "SELLING" HIM A TRUCK, GIVES MY SON A RECEIPT WITH THE VIN NUMBER OF THE TRUCK WHILE COLLECTING $200 TO HOLD IT FOR AN HOUR WHILE HE GOES TO GET THE TITLE AND THEN PROMISES TO DELIVER THE TRUCK.THEN THE SON GAVE US THE RUN AROUND LYING TO US, GIVING US ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER FOR 4 DAYS UNTIL WE FINALLY WENT BACK TO THE BUSINESS. THE PARENTS SAY HE DOESN'T WORK FOR THEM, ALTHOUGH MOM AND MARC WERE IN THE OFFICE AND REPRESENTING THE BUSINESS WHEN THE DEPOSIT WAS MADE...THE PARENTS ADVISE US TO CALL THE COPS ON THEIR SON (!) AND WILL NOT MAKE GOOD WITH RETURNING OUR $200 AND THEN DEALING WITH HIM TO PAY THEM BACK, EVIDENTLY THEIR BUSINESS NAME ISN'T WORTH $200...THE OWNER JD PROCEEDS TO CALLME CROCADILE MOUTH... AND TOLD ME TO GET THE HELL OFF THE PROPERTY... YA. I WAS UPSET.... SO I GUESS NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, ATTY GENERALS OFFICE, MY FACE BOOK AND THIS RECOMMENDATION MIGHT SAVE OTHERS FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS AND HEY-REGARDING THE TWO RECOMMENDATIONS THAT ARE FAVORABLE ON THIS SITE? AREN'T THEY YOUR RELATIVES???? THE APPLE DOESN'T FALL FAR FROM THE TREE...
