I scheduled a move with this company 9-24-19 who were NOT equipped with the proper tools to take down a bedroom set, they were sent with a slow moving truck, so slow they could not even keep up behind me on the road. It took them almost 5 hours to move a one bedroom apartment 3.3 miles up the road. It took them over an hour to take down a damn bed with a screw driver and a some type of small other tool. They purposely prolong the moving time for more money. The movers broke the legs to my dresser & LIED to my face as if they didn’t have the tools to screw the parts in. I discovered the next morning they were broken & text the company phone, & no one came out. A week later I called back and then waited at home on a Saturday & Marlon stood me up. Didn’t have the courtesy to call & tell me he wasn’t coming even after I spoke to him days before. Sent the company phone another text & threatened legal action & then a few days later someone from the company decides to pop up at my apt without me confirming if I was home or not fter repeatedly telling them to call me at work instead of my cell phone. I do not work off anybody’s convenience when I’m the one with the damaged furniture. The fact that I’m waiting is pitiful & very tacky. The customer service is trash, they are money hungry & they are liars. This is very bad business & I’m tired of it. I was lied to & not seen as a priority being that I spent money with these people. It is 10/19/19 & my dresser has not been replaced.
