I would not recommend Hector Garza and his business. It has been 2 years since we have tried to have him repair the work that they did for us around our pool. He gave us a warranty and then tried to patch his work and each time he did, it got worse. He gave us a warranty and within 6 months, we tried to have it repaired and just got the run around. I would not recommend.
