Janet Banister is not a customer. She is owner/manager, Kevin Mikulencak's girlfriend. They are Centex, there are no employees, all work is contracted and they do not have an office. "Buc" answered the phone one day and I see he also wrote a review. What a joke. Do not give them money or sign any paperwork, they will "work with your insurance company" on getting as much from them and not completing work.

They are experienced knowledgeable about Roofing, Insurance claims and Home Repairs and they are prompt, courteous, caring folks that put helping you as their first priority. My parents tried to pay Kevin and then Michelle in the office before CENTEX started the roof replacement and they would not take a check or any kind of payment. This speaks highly of their company and personal character. CENTEX did so well helping our mom and dad with working with their difficult Instance company to get their hail & Wind damage approved. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and worked continually until they finished the job. The roof looks great and it rained twice and no leaks.
