It took 17 phone calls, 90 days past due and multiple e-mails to get paid on a 1600 dollar load . Payment was finally issued when we said we would go after the consignee. After politely complaining and addressing the time frame it took for payment, the actual Chairman of the company replied to me with vulgar and abusive e-mails. All of which have been neatly filed should the day come that they are needed. this company was put onto our "do not use" list and forwarded to all our partners. It is quite obvious why this company is hurting for revenue. My suggestion, do not use unless you are paid COD. Do not unload until funds have cleared. Good luck.
