This guy Josh shows up by himself, with no equipment to load our trailer, then it literally took 6hrs to load, with the help of a friend, and son. We spoke to him, and his wife Ali, a few times, on the road with no issues or mention of extra funds. On 12/ 23/20, at 1026am he gets to my home, and tells my wife he wants $400 more before he unloads. Then said if my wife unloads it, we owe him nothing extra. WTF. After telling him no, he then took off with our 20k trailer to Pennsylvania. There has been a police report filed for theft, and we are in litigation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I've never had this happen before. This was my wife's Christmas gift. Merry Christmas!! We are working with Uship to resolve this issue. He also stated on Uship that he delivered the load. Funds will not be released. We have no cue where our property is. We have this all documented.
