The statement was false, and there were 10 witnesses to the incident. He eventually told police that he had made it up. This is the kind of person john is. If you use him for anything, watch out!

SUMMARY: The owner negotiates to remove bad reviews, allows unsafe practices and bullies any dissatisfied customers. I sincerely wish I could give this place less than one star. We had this company out to our house I want to say over 5 times? First when my boyfriend and I lived there and they had to continuously come out and keep fixing their misdiagnoses. I wish I knew/remembered all the details but my BF dealt with them. I do remember the repairmen did some work outside that he apparently wasn't supposed to for hazard reasons and my BF threatened to report him and the owner freaked out because he knew he'd get in trouble. Furthermore the owner will negotiate to remove bad reviews (he's not removing this one!). I know this because my BF at the time wrote them a bad review that affected their 5 star rating and that was when the owner called and said he'd come out for free if my BF removed the review and didn't report him. Even though I begged her not to my Mom (the actual homeowner) solicited their help again for the same house because she didn't know who else to call. They came over and said there was nothing wrong. Well that useless diagnosis cost $89. Second time they replaced the motor and compressor but then it quit working. Water came out of A/C. They blew it off as condensation. Well the water leak resulted in damaged carpet & $1000 in repairs. When confronted the owner got angry, blew my Mom off, talked over her and refused to accept responsibility. Don't use them!
