I called this tree company to come out and give me just an estimate, they came out and did that but the lady in the office (Monica) would not stop calling me after that . I told her i would use this company only if they lowered their price, she got nasty and said the price is already low enough but i will ask. I never signed any contract with them, didnt agree to anything with them or paided any money to come out to cut my trees. But i went home and found both my trees cut down, only to find out it was them who did it without my authorization. Who does things like this without a consent or contract.

I used Lamb Tree Service and they are by far the worst company I have ever done business with. The price was low and so was the service. The staff was not professional with the exception of the climber. The neighbors complained to me about their work and it wasn't even their tree coming down. They damaged more than was necessary and when asked about the damages (to the sprinkler system) one lied about it. When contacting the manager about the damages and bad behavior he cared very little about my complaint. In fact he cared so little he didn't bother to come to the site and get things resolved and essentially told me that some of my complaints weren't reasonable, another manager was equally rude during a meeting. They didn't show up on time and the one day job turned into a three day long project. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone
