Steve Torla came to my home to give me an estimate for our renovations. I told Steve what i wanted done. Steve told me what he would need to do and his confidence and knowledge was comforting. Steve gave me a start date, and even started one day sooner. Steve 's estimate was conservative, even lower than i had expected - although i did not tell Steve that. The estimate he gave was for a perfect case scenario and i expected that with normal mishaps, the price would go up. There were no mishaps and the price did not go up even though he did more than was requested. i could not believe how exceptional his work is. Not only did he do all (and more) than initially asked, he completely cleaned up EVERYTHING!!! His last day of work required quite a bit of sanding. I expected that I would spend most of the afternoon dusting and cleaning. Steve came in with large jacks and clear plastic. Steve created a barrier and the dust into the house was minimized. After he completed the job, he completely cleaned the room, even washing the floor!!! Given a rating of ten being the best, I would rank Steve a 15!!! If ever i need any work done again, the only one I would call is Steve Torla - HIS WORK IS EXCEPTIONAL _ Thank you Steve
