I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. I am writing on behalf of a huge business. We have had several clients complaining about problems getting their funds or their calls not being returned. Dealing with clients not being able to handle their own finances is a serious matter. They need someone who will be there for them in their time of need. Sometimes clients can be challenging but if that is the case there should be an assistant or someone with the professional expertise to handle their concerns and not just ignore them. The owner never answers her cell phone for clients or providers. This business used to be awesome but now I would like for Social Security to take another look into them and add more reputable payee services to their list. I hate having to write a review like this but it needs to be put out there for other agencies or clients to beware and look at other payee services.

This particular organization i would not recommend to anyone who is in need of a payee services the staff is inconsderate to rhe needs of people on disability i would recommend that social security check their record and books any payee organization that withhilds your funds based on their availability to give you your own money is truly not beneficial to the client or social security my experience has been negative.
