I've bought and sold homes in the past and I know that at times during a normal 30 day real estate transaction, there can be moments of uncertainty and stress, for buyers and sellers. It's essential to have an agent who is a great advocate and negotiator on your side, but equally important for that agent to properly deal with the other agent to keep everything moving smoothly forward. In my most recent transaction with Josh representing me as a seller, he was so knowledgeable, calming and professional! He truly represented my best interests and was the glue that kept the wheels on! He also did it with a positive smile, demeanor, and tone! The guy is top notch and makes a difficult job look easy! The great ones always do! I cannot give a higher recommendation!
