What could have been a 5 star review is now... "I will never give this place another penny." When picking up my van, the power doors weren't working. I explained that they worked when I dropped it off. How are we going to fix this? Explained that the cleaning was good and I was fine paying for it. Just want to know what's with my doors first. Magically, the owner wife yells at me - "I know your car. They never worked. Pay now or I call the police." Just for clarity, THEY had accidentally hit the power door button which is why they doors weren't working. After calling Toyota and finding this out, I showed the owner that in fact "the doors had always worked." Disrespectfully handled situation.
