I bought two pieces of furniture, a chair and a sofa that matched...one year the chair fell apart and I turned it upside down and found that it was put together with staples and they had pulled out. I am 83 years old and most of my furnishings were bought in the 60s and 70 and still look like new and have stood the test of 4 children and 8grandchildren. You should be ashamed to put your name on such poor workmanship Mrs Jackline B Hendry

I do not know anyone at this business but I did purchase a sectional couch last year. I have had to call the place I bought the furniture 4 times in this year because my couch has broke. Now my year warranty is up so the place of purchase will not help me in any way. The couch cushions are completely broken down I can feel the springs and pieces of wood through them. They did replace my cushions once less than 2 months ago and they are broke down. I truly hate my furniture, the cushions fall off it is horrible. I have been searching all day trying to contact someone because we spent over $1000.00 and it should not be broken down and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this brand of furniture to anyone!
