I was scheduled to take a concealed weapon permit class at this establishment. My husband, who is in law enforcement., took me to the class. He asked Mr. Rene. About his certifications as we do anyone who we do business with. Mr Rene became defensive. At first he stated that he had a "Mickey mouse" certification then told us that since he was asked he felt he should ask my husband to take his wife elsewhere. Then kicked us out. Several months ago I had some air conditioning work done and asked the very same question that was promptly answered and we moved on to do business. On our way out we noticed his certifications on the wall all he had to do was point them out. Mr. Rene seems to have some sort of anger or personality issue. Customer service is a part of any business. Sadly I would not recommend to anyone I was insulted today but I tried to write this minus my own emotion because I want to bring attention to Mr. Rene.'s inappropriate business behavior. Laura Sims

This was a wonderful experience for me and the rest of the class. Mr. Rene was very informative and realistic. He brought security to life. After leaving the class you were motivated to start immediately!

II was kicked out of his school for no reason. Was taking D license certification, was was trying to force me and other students in taking more certifications against their will G license. Firearm, and conceal weapon. Also tried to strong arm participation in a raffle for firearm. I declined and he kicked me out, would not give me a reason.Did background check he was removed as school principal in Brooklyn ny for corruption, has not learned his lesson

I attended and completed the D and G license certification and had an excellent experience with this school, Mr. Rene and Captain Nurse. They were professional, informative and I would definitely recommend this course for serious candidates into the security field. I would return to this school for further training and recertifications.
