I'm happy with Paul Evans as my lawyer. There's no substitute for having a lawyer on your side who has 18 years of experience. I've personally used Paul in Lee's Summit a couple of times and the one thing I've noticed about Paul is that he won't promise the world, he's very realistic about what to expect, and you will get the best he has. The real court system isn't like what you see on TV, the rules of the court process aren't designed for entertainment. That's why I need Paul who knows his way around the system.

I've known Paul for close to 30 years and know him as a friend, confident and definitely my attorney of choice. Having made the wrong choices with attorneys many times before and given the "we'll take care of it...." attitude I've learned there's a big, big difference when it comes to your choice of lawyer. Most just want to "settle" the case, get the money and move to the next one. That's definitely not Paul Evens. Paul did not grow up as an attorney or come from a family of attorneys or come from wealth. He's an everyday man that learned life much before becoming an attorney as a choice of career and fighting for the underdog. And as such he understands the everyday person and all the trials and tribulations we go through on a daily basis. And this is what you want fighting for your rights, someone that's been there! I've seen him in action so many times, not only on some issues of my own but I spent time at his firm consulting on business practices for about 6 months and was able to watch him daily in action handling other clients and how the same caring and fighting for his clients went into each case, no matter the size of the case or the subject matter. He understands the law and is in your corner. I've personally seen this calm and caring man become a "fighting tiger" in the courtroom for his client and frankly I was shocked the first time I witnessed how much of a fighter my friend was but yet very proud to call such this man my friend.
