You can come by to box or work out on your own or with friends, or make an appointment for boxing, kickboxing or ballroom dancing lessons. Rudy's has a wide variety of traditional boxing and exercise equipment, housed in a hardwood floor studio, all of which, including training by Rudy himself, allows for a truly authentic workout experience.
