Not a fan... My car was in there impound lot yesterday and by the time I got the paper work to get it out I was about ten minutes away. I called and told the girl I was on my way and she said, I leave at five, I said, I will make it. We pulled into the parking lot at 4:57 and the closed sign was on and the door was lock. I could see the clock on the wall in the building and it was 2 minutes before five, We started calling and pounding on the door, we could see there was still people inside. Finally a gentleman opened the door and let us get the far. Girl working the desk was a nasty evil witch... good job hiring your employees, city wide.
