Complaint - I contacted Mrs. Carrie Coyner for assistance with estate administration. I called and left several voicemail messages for her and she never returned any of my calls. I even asked the receptionist to ask her for a referral if she was unable to assist me but Mrs. Coyner refused to help me; she even told the receptionist to tell me that she didn't do the work I was requesting but she never bothered to speak with me! The lack of response I received from this office was rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, the website states that one of their areas of practice is estate planning and administration. They need to update their website if this is not the work they do. And, Mrs. Coyner should learn to show some professional courtesy to potential clients by at minimum returning a simple call.
