When we are stressed, feeling sad, or anxious, it is helpful to talk about it and try to understand what is going on, why we feel the way we do and what we can do about. It is so hard to find someone that we can really talk to who is non judgmental and where we feel we can say anything and everything we need to say. This is how we can help ourselves change, grow and transform.
