My visit here was outstanding! I came in and immediately felt welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Each visit I could see improvements. I really would like to thank everyone who helped me get back to where I need to be. They got me back to where I need to be and I truly thank everyone who made it possible for me to be able to show me I could recover even when I doubted myself. I wouldn't got to any other physical therapy place! Thank you once again!

I was referred to Spine and Rehab in November 2012 after injuring my ankle during the summer. I was running off road while on vacation and turned my ankle. At first I hoped it would heal by itself, but after a couple of months with no running and a failed attempt to start again, I decided to see the doctor and requested a referral for physical therapy. I made an appointment with Spine and Rehab Specialists and was seen by Nancy. She told me I had probably damaged the tendon in my ankle and also had a limited range of motion in my ankle due to a tight calf muscle. After two months of physical therapy, the pain in my ankle was gone and I had increased the mobility of my ankle. I have learned what exercises will help my ankle and how to keep working on improving the range of motion. When I started physical therapy I told Nancy that I planned training schedule so I altered my plans slightly and was able to complete my training without further injury to my ankle. Thanks to Nancy and everyone at Spine and Rehab Specialists I was able to complete the marathon. I had a great race, ran the whole way, and finished in 4 hours and 6 minutes (faster than I expected!!!)

I fell and suffered an injury to my back in the Fall of 2009. I quietly, and not so quietly endured the pain for years before feeling as though the doctor took me seriously. I had physical therapy at the Spine and Rehab Specialists for 16 weeks and can feel a dramatic difference in the strength of my back and the level of my pain. My therapist is AMAZING!! I always felt as though she was listening to me and taking me seriously. I never felt like a number or a job. The customer service at Spine and Rehab Specialists was always incredible! Thank you for making me a stronger person and teaching me the tools to continue my recovery!
