I'm disappointed that I purchased not 1, but 2 of their Havahart Easy set traps. It's easy to set, but won't trip. I called the consumer line to be told I need to go out and purchase some weights to put on the trip plate. I did that for both of them. They sometimes work, but mostly don't. Why keep making something that customers are calling in to say they're not working only to tell the customers "yes, we know this is a problem...go buy some magnets to make it work." What a disappointment!
