Called for quote on a spay for my dog was told $288.00 estimated of course then took my dog for blood work and seen Megan she then says it's $370.00 shocked I went home then looked at the prices there was a $80.00 charge for pregnant/ multiple heats/ or obese my dog is barely 1 yr old never pregnant 1 singular heat not obese so called a nice woman answered and I told her my confusion she said I did not have to pay that extra $80.00 and it would be $293.00 and she told me ask for Denise and she would fix it when I dropped my dog off for her surgery so I get there and Megan is setting at receptionist desk so I explained my confusion to her and what I was told I owe was $293.00 she got really rude and said I would have to pay the $370.00 so I explained the word multiple and singular have opposite meanings as one is 2 or more the other is one. My dog had a singular heat not heats and the paper clearly stated that in black and white plus the other 2 employees there agreeing with me. She got very unprofessional and said if you want her spayed here you will pay the $370.00 so I said no way and left. How can some one be so unprofessional is beyond me! I found another vet that sticks to there word!
