Weller Architects has provided over 30 years of High Quality Architectural Services throughout New Mexico and surrounding States. Founded in 1980, Weller Architects has grown from its initial conception as an architectural firm specializing in the unique and culturally sensitive design issues related to indigenous peoples to a design firm offering broad based architectural services, gaining regional and national prominence and recognition. Specializing in ever changing, complex building types, our projects benefit from the technical expertise developed through years of application. Being a leader in creative, technically challenging design solutions, we offer Architectural and Project Management services including programming, masterplanning, community facilitation, architectural and interior design, construction document preparation, bid and award administration, and construction administration; we provide coordination with the Client, Client Managers, User Groups and Regulatory Agencies, paramount to a successful project. Clients are interactively engaged at each phase of the creative process through a systematic and proven design methodology. Many of our projects require active participation by committee and community groups; project specific requirements and/or logistics may dictate that architectural services be performed on site, Client facilities, our offices or in the offices of our various consultants.
