This is a predatory company. I had ED visit in August 2021 and repeatedly asked for bill info which I was told not to worry about after my lapse in insurance and reinstatement weeks later as I switched jobs. They sold my debt to a collector without notifying me and it lowered my credit score 150 points before I was able to figure out where the unknown delinquent bill came from. I asked many times how to pay the bill and was not informed despite them having my information. Reflection of the failed healthcare system ruining patient's financial well being.
