Our board certified family physicians and nurse practitioners provide compassionate, high quality care to patients of all ages- newborn, child/adolescent, adult and the elderly. To provide our patients with the highest standard of medical care the clinic has an onsite laboratory staffed by registered laboratory technologists along with x-ray and ultrasound services staffed by registered radiography and ultrasound technologists. The clinic utilizes electronic medical records - your most up-to-date records are at the fingertips of our physicians. Convenient and Easy to Work With For the convenience of our patient we have a urgent care clinic in the evenings Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings. One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day if any medical concerns arise during non-clinic hours. The clinic accepts most national and local insurance plans including Network Health Plan, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, Health EOS, WEA and Medicare. Our physicians admit and treat at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton and pediatric and OB patients at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
