This is not a recommendation! Your guys were working on another tenants pipes and ran a snake through and exploded feces and toilet water and who knows what else all over our bathroom and left it there. Our toiletries and rugs and shower curtain are now unable to be used . One of your employees rented us a motel room for the night and told us that it would be cleaned up today. Well that did not happen, our bathroom is still in an exploded mess and I am not cleaning that mess. I am getting my lawyer and I also got a hold of the BBB in Reno as well as The Contractors State License Board and Reno Justice Court. I find that customer service is a really important matter when you are running a business that is supposed to be giving great customer service and this is not. I have four children that live in this house and use the bathroom, now they can't even be here right now because of your insubordinate employees. They came in looked at it and said to me " Look's like the toilet explode" . All I wanted to say was " Yeah, Ya think " I would like to know what you plan to do about this issue, I should not have to clean this nasty feces mess that your crew made up.
