This company has the WORSE display of customer service that I have ever encountered living in this state. I called to obtain a quote for a rather large job in a multi phase condominuim community. The person I spoke with refused to come out and give an estimate. His reasoning was that he had given estimates to other phases and didn't get the job. Really?? Maybe instead of giving the potential customer attitude you should ask yourself- " why didn't they hire me??" I bet it has to do with the lousy disposition of the employees. Apparently, this company doesn't understand that customer service is how you build a reputation. After the way I was verbally acosted due to his loss of a bid somewhere else, I would never recommend based on attitude.
