Brought in a 5 pairs of pants to be hemmed, 6 shirts and 2 jackets. They did not have the badges to sew on (6 weeks backordered) the shirts, nor the jacket. They "forgot" to give my husband one pair of pants when he paid and picked up the clothing. 3 months later, they have not shipped my pants to me. They 1st said that I have to pick them up, then I have to show proof that I paid for the pants, then I have to pay for them to ship my pants THAT THEY FORGOT TO GIVE MY HUSBAND, now it is..the FED EX machine is broke, and that was 3 weeks ago that they owner said that they would ship them. Their mistake and they don't want to ship them. Never had such poor customer service and to be out of patches. Don't go there, as now, the FED EX machine is broke. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
