Once known as "The Hapi Hula Hut," our tiki bar opened its doors in 1969. In 1971, the name officially changed to "Holiday Isle Tiki Bar" and has been a favorite among tourists and locals in the Florida Keys since. Serving cocktails and good times for over 50 years, the Tiki Bar is also home of the now-famous Rum Runner cocktail. Legend has it, over 40 years ago the Tiki Bar manager John Elber (Tiki John) had to get rid of an excess of rum and other liqueurs before the arrival of new inventory....
