BUYER BEWARE…!!! They have changed their name to NY Mail, trying to change their bad reputation as AEROBEEP…Same company…Same Shenanigans..! Staff is arrogant and unprofessional…talking in circles trying to confuse a potential client into signing up at a discounted rate then slapping u with a giant bill. After getting your business, they treat you with disrespect and inconsideration. Eventually you will start receiving numerous calls from Aerobeep on your caller ID with caller using a different company name NY Mail or some other name, trying to solicit search engine optimization for a fee. When asked if the caller is from Aerobeep, (obvious from the Caller ID) they decline and hang up. Calling Aerobeep's main # and spoke to TINA. First I had asked her if the # on my caller ID was one of Aerobeep's, Tina replied YES, who was extremely rude and condescending. Then I inquired why I have been getting numerous calls from that phone number from a person soliciting search engine marketing business using another Companies name (NY Mail). She began getting excited, raising her voice denying my claim, very rude and condescending. Talking over me and not letting me speak at all, Yelling, "I don't know what I'm talking about, no-one would ever call from Aerobeep soliciting business for another company, and that she has more important calls to attend to; am I finished! With a little research I found out that they are transitioning into another name for their business NY mail…BUYER BEWARE
