CA 94706. I did not receive written confirmation from your company for my purchase yesterday, and called back immediately, speaking with Adam, who said he is a Supervisor, and that your computers were 'down' ; but that he would contact me within 30 minutes when your computers were up and running.
Adam never called; I sent two e-mails to this effect with no reply to date;
THIS IS MY THIRD REQUEST FOR STATUS REGARDING YESTERDAY'S PURCHASE TO MY MASTER CARD. Thank you for your prompt attention to this, my third inquiry concerning my purchase of the Cinderella Stable Doll and Pony for 'Brittany."
