Very good experience with this place. I took my laptop in for a problem fan. Chris took care of it quickly, finding the fan's plug had just been unhooked. After a week, the unhooked fan ceased to function again. This was not Chris's fault in the least, he couldn't have known it was a problem, but he took responsibility and credited the labor from the initial repair to the fan's replacement. That's the kind of customer service I really appreciate, and Genesis will have my business for as long as I live in the Bloomington area!

Chris is now running this business, and he is wonderful. Can't say enough good things about him. Very honest and he has 30 + years experience either repairing or building computers, and he cost about a third of what the Geeks estimated. I trust this guy, and he fixed it right with no issues. Highest marks for Chris, plus he's a really good guy. Wears Hawaiian shirts and listens to Jazz and Blues music.
