Terrible experience driver started to tell me about a two over but when someone he knew came out the store he stopped and started a conversation with him instead and then proceeded to drive off I then asked what he was trying to tell me about and after he explained I asked him to let me out because I would not have enough money as I only took out enough changr for my normal fee instead he insisted we would work something out I asked him to stop again while the meter was at an amount I could still afford he refused and when we reached the destination he called and said i refused to pay because i was short which was a lie i gave him what I had and asked the person i was visiting if they had change which they did not and who ever frank was continued to sit on the line and make threats about an arrest over $3 instead of listening to what actually happened I asked several times to be let out of the vehicle I use this service practically everyday out of convenience I have a car but still use the service but this incident has definitely made me remove my family as customers and I will advise others to do the same frank was arrogant and so was the driver and this was me using this company after being in one of the cabs that smoked from under the hood so another was sent out and instead of getting some sort of discount for having to sit and wait for a new cab I still paid full price terrible service tonight frank 👎 lying drivet 👎 threats 👎 back to city cab 👌
