Failure to Deliver - Nancy took my $200 and 2 hours of my time while we wrote up my resume. She was supposed to send it to me the next day, but two weeks later has yet to send. She has not called me back, and when I catch her on the phone she has offered a myriad of excuses, but as yet no resume. It was nearly complete when I left her office, and after numerous calls, I assured her she could send me the unfinished resume, and she could keep the $200. She has not even done that. I am about to report her to the better business bureau and take her to small claims court to get a judgement against her. What a waste of time. She is not a professional.
