Have been a customer with Quality Water since 1990, very happy with them, their staff, esp the tech Tom, they have always been very prompt coming when I had problems with my old Rainsoft units. They did wear out and was not repairable, Tom told me about the new equipment, I checked around and found them to still be the best. Asked for Tom to come do the replacement and improve my pipes. I have had the units now since Nov 2011, They are FANTASTIC so easy to set time, not like old rainsoft units. Water has been GREAT So nice to see and talk to the same people every time.
