Dr. Rouhani received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1987 and received her M.D. from Spartan Health Sciences University in 1992. She served as Chief Fellow as well as attending psychiatrist in Psycho-Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She has published articles related to pain, depression and psychiatric aspects of cancer.
