Pompano Pats Deland - I don't write reviews on any sites often (aka almost never) so I hope this makes it to the "active reviews" pile.I'm a total newbie in motorcycling and this is my first motor vehicle. Needless to say, I was...nervous.Patrick Johnson spent almost three hours with me going over EVERYTHING and then some. I cannot thank them enough, it was really one of the best experiences. I bought a scooter for my wife to ride to and from work while I drove our only car to the doctors, I have a lot of health issues, After a year I had trouble getting the scooter to start one morning I called Pompano Pat's and told them I had no way to get the scooter to them from my house, they sent a truck within a hour picked up the scooter, repaired and returned it the same day. I Recommend them to all my friends.

I had a really great experience here today. I was having what seemed to be huge problems with my Harley Davidson. Because of the festival we got turned down at a few places and when we a me here, they made us feel welcome.Small privately owned small business. This is a great place, the owner cares about his customers and has great deals. Got my new Harley Davidson within a few hours, made excellent suggestions, courteous and polite.So far I feel like it was a great experience. I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing company. I have an older bike, a 2013 Hyosung GTR 250R, and had to ride all the way to broward with a faulty charging system and the boss man even called me to make sure I made it safe and had his guys do everything they could do to help.Listen up! These guys are as good as it gets. Amazing family owned business!! I wish they lived by me in broward!!!

I brought my 2015 Hyosung GT250R here after noticing a fuel leak coming from the petcock. They had one of their mechanics come out to take a look and confirm what I thought. They quickly ordered the part and 2 weeks later, they had it installed. Best of all, they put up with all of my stupid questions as a new rider with maintenance, what to look for, and how to do it. A big thanks to Patrick Johnson for helping me out and making me feel welcome to the new world of motorcycles.
