Superior miserable customer service. The epitome of rude, careless, uninformed and disrespectful people. All of my phone contacts were very unsatisfactory and made me unhappy, angry, hurt and confused. Why buy anything from them is a question that can't be answered.

I was sent trees, bushes, honeysuckle, strawberry plants and red Pontiac potatoes to plant in Virginia on March 28th when we still had snow and ice on the ground. When I called there was no consideration for the frustration of having these plants and no way to plant anytime soon. It is May 12th and we have a frost warning up for tonight and tomorrow night. They came in not wrapped or labeled properly the potatoes were rotten and the strawberries were already growing because to supposed get they were to be wrapped in was all inside the same bag together. Very bad experience. Spring Hill Nursery will stand behind their plants for up to one year and Lowe's you can shop locally and get replacements if something goes wrong. The local nurseries just started putting out plants in the last two weeks depending on what type they are. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I heartedly recommend this company if you want to receive dead plants disguised as being dormant, being placed on eternal hold while order is being checked, and no one to answer the phone when you call back. Great customer care---not.
