When I first met Steve Merker, it was looking like my ex was going to prevail in all areas of our divorce. My original attorney expended my $4,000 retainer the very 1st week and then told me I better do what my ex says because the ball is in his court, while asking for more money! Steve saved my life!, my house!, my child!, my money!, and my reputation!, and did it all while charging me very affordable legal fees.
After I hired Steve, not only did he assure me that my ex did not have the upper hand, but in the end he got me a deal that i never would've expected to get, period! It was better than I could hope for! I attribute his success in dealing with my lying ex and his obnoxious attorney to Steve s phenomenal proficiency in his field, his confident demeanor, and his ability to always maintain composure and focus on the issues, thwarting intimidation. He is not in it to win by personal attacks and defamation.
Steve wasnt just my legal rep, he truly cared about me! He was always very comforting and showed empathy for me. It never felt like he was protecting my interests for the money, if felt like having a great mentor!
Mine was a tricky case due to my job. Steve wasnt taken aback by it at all, he never put any fear into me that it may hurt my case, like my 1st attorney did.
