My husband and I went here for him to take a polygraph test. I was taken back for a short interview while my husband filled out paperwork. At that time we had a friendly conversation about what had brought us there. He read the questions that I had been instructed to write down. I sobbed as I explained to him how much hearing the truth would help in how I made my decision at moving forward and our marriage. Even brought my husband in the room and began to explain to us how the test would be administered. I did not understand one of the things he said, so I asked a question. At that point, he became a different person and began berating me. This man actually screamed to me, "maybe if you listened instead of talked, you would have understood." He still did not answer the question. So my husband explained to him that this isn't something we'd ever done before and we were trying to understand as best we could in such a short time. At this point, he said, "Actually, take your money back I'm not doing this." As he shoved the $400 in cash we had given him at my husband. At this point I am standing up, and shock, crying, and begging for him to administer the test and I would leave the building immediately. I felt the problem was with me since he never as much as raised his voice to my husband. His booming response to me with direct eye contact was... "You need to shut the f___k up!" He never did administer the test. Even though I begged, regardless of the verbal abuse.
