God forbid your loved one ends up at this place. The woman who answers the phone is callous and rude and the office itself is incredibly unhelpful. They are unprofessional and rude during what is probably the most difficult times in a family's life. They should be investigated for malpractice. The Medical Examiner screwed up with my loved one causing possible vital DNA to be lost. I hope your loved one or friend never ends up at this place. They need to be investigated.
