Bill Jepsen limits his practice to representing people who are injured or killed in automobile accidents, or by defective products or property. Bill has been practicing injury litigation for 41 years. He started his practice on Main Street in Stillwater in 1972. After working at Schwebel Goetz and Sieben from 1996 to 2012, he moved his office back to Stillwater. He continues to represent injured people throughout the State of Minnesota. He is rated by Martindale Hubble as an A/V lawyer, the highest rating, peer rated 5.0 of 5.0 Bill was elected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He currently serves on the MSBA Assembly. He has served on the Minnesota Supreme Courts Board of Continuing Legal Education. He is a past president of the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Washington County Bar Association. He has authored numerous articles on various legal issues and lectured at many legal seminars.
