STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We approved the Artwork for our PO and got confirmation from (CS12) Michelle that she has received it and was sending the Artwork to their Art Department. I then received an email from (APG63) Susan, who was asking for my Artwork ***12 DAYS LATER***!!!!! I should have already had my product being SHIPPING in that time period! They now have HUNG UP ON ME TWICE, and the ASST. (Irmie) to Robin the President, isn't taking any OWNERSHIP OF THEIR SCREW UP!!! THEY Already MISSED MY IN-HANDS DATE, and (ERLINDA) Won't EXPEDITE THE SHIPPING! ERLINDA says, "We can't CHANGE our CARRIERS DELIVERY!!!" Are you KIDDING ME?!?! They are using UPS, and they WON'T, playing Ignorance, know how to Change the Shipping method from GROUND to NEXT DAY!?!? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND NEEDS TO STOP DOING BUSINESS, PERIOD! THERE ARE NO GOOD REVIEWS ON ASI, OR EVEN SAGE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY THEIR OWN STAFF!!!
