i am very upset with the customer service I received from Robbin. Almost everything she said would happen on my wedding day was in shambles. The linens were the wrong color, the center pieces had the wrong flowers in them, the guest gift bags didn’t have cameras in them, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Even worse, she was yelling into a megaphone all morning as if she was directing traffic! Yelling into a megaphone? I was in tears early in the day, and Robbin came up to me while I was getting my makeup done and promised me everything would be taken care of by the time my reception started, but it wasn’t.
My wedding took place at the Chateau St. Jean Winery and I am just now finding out that the winery didn’t renew Robbin’s contract in 2012. She no longer works there.
I just finished reading all the reviews for A Dream Wedding and they all seem written by her friends. Robbin comes across as a fast paced and intense woman who will promise to get the job done, but in hindsight she is a double talker who trips over her own tongue and doesn’t produce any of the promised results.

I have an idea for a new slogan for Robbin Montero and A Dream Wedding form Santa Rosa, CA: A Dream Wedding: We give them...and take them away!
We submitted a contact form. Within 12 hours or so I did receive a phone call back from Robbin. Shortly into the conversation, Robbin said: "Well you cannot plan a wedding in wine country for less than $30,000." She claimed that all of the vendors she uses in 'wine country' are the same, and that there is no difference. But, I have spoken with several different caterers in the area, and indeed found them to be much different.
Spending 10 minutes talking to the bride about how they have organized THEIR budget would have been nice. instead, I was told that to have a wedding in wine country I would have to spend more than $30,000 on her vendors.
