Hi, my name is Mark Kishineff. I am a union carpenter specializing in finish work for over 25 years. I worked for Lemons Millwork for about 4 months in 2010. I was told by Dave Lemons that he appreciated my attitude due to the fact I was willing to work double shifts by my self without over time on a hospital in Astoria. I had to clean up sloppy work done by Roger, a long time employee. I worked overtime for straight pay on several other jobs also. Being told by Ryan Underwood and Roger to just bank my hours. I was told by Sue everybody loved my work and I had a great attitude. I pretty much worked by my self and completed a good size job in Washington with out one phone call. Then I was let go without a single phone call or notice. I had to call to see what was going on and got no explanation except a "WHATS UP" from Ryan. They claim to be Christians as well (" PFFFFFT"), Instead they are liars. I did nothing wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. Simple honesty is all I wanted but they don't know what that means. I would recommend not trusting anything they say. They should try putting into practice what they think they are, Instead of being deceitful. I felt really bad because I put 100% effort into my job and pleasing them and was treated like dirt in the end. I am thankful for this forum so I can get this of my chest seeing as Dave was not willing to level with me. Dave said he would keep me busy when it got slow, straight faced full of lies. No honesty in Lemons.
