Factory Direct Blinds and Shutters provides a great window shutter experience! Their Bakersfield owner, David Bird, has installed shutters for me four times since 2010, and I just now placed a fifth order. (I am doing my whole house in interior shutters in stages.) Being very value-conscious, I regularly compare with their competitors' products and prices -- even with the pricier and self-proclaimed higher-quality brand -- and keep placing my orders with Factory Direct. Why? First: Quality. Their shutters, made by Sunland, look great, work great, and are durable and problem-free. They come with a good warranty, but I have never needed it. Second: Service. The service is friendly and professional; they are always on time with a smile, and answer my many questions until they are sure I understand their answers. They clean up completely after installation. Third: Reliability. They give detailed and complete written estimates up front, and honor their commitments. There are never any surprises. Fourth: Price. Last, but not least, their price is better than most and the quality can't be beat. I am a fan, and recommend this company to everyone!
